Green Goodness | Vegan | Superfood | Smoothie
Life can be hectic! This mom-treprenuer to twin toddlers knows! Sometimes the easiest way to get your does of GREEN for the day is through a smoothie. This is an awesome way to get your dose of greens and fresh fruits! I like to have a smoothie like this twice a day as meal replacements. I find it keeps me light, focused, and energized!
In addition, I get a power packed day of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals! All of which are necessary for living a vibrant, healthy life! The fountain of youth is in your blender... who knew?!
Here is the recipe:
- 3 Cups Coconut Water
- ½ Cup Frozen or Fresh Organic Spinach
- 3 TBL FLIRTY By Sun & Moon Organics Superfood Mixes
- 1 TBL Chlorella Powder
- 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
- 1 tsp Vita Mineral Greens or other organic multi greens powder
- 1 tsp Local Bee Pollen
- 1 tsp Royal Jelly Powder
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Large Frozen or Fresh Organic Banana
Blend on high and serve.
