Tea Time Elixir | Recipe

shizandra berry nettles tea

One can benefit greatly from liquid nutrition. It’s all about being creative and understanding the alchemy that exists in the world around you.

Let thy food be thy medicine and let they medicine be thy food. ~ Hippocrates (tweet this)

One of the ways I have been able to maintain such significant health, including my children, is because I use all of the resources around me to concoct powerful libations. I also create these powerful bevies with my children in mind, knowing I can provide them the necessary fuel to be healthy and strong.

Liquid nutrition is a great tool in getting our children to imbibe the extra vitamins, minerals, fats, and nutrients they will otherwise get because they are to busy exploring their surroundings.

Take the time to love yourself and imbibe libations that provide you with real sustenance so you can live a long, healthy, powerful life.

Recipe :

1 tsp Shizandra berry powder

1 tsp Coconut oil

1 tsp Raw unfiltered honey

1 TBL Ghee

2 TBL Stinging nettle loose leaf tea

3 TBL Colostrum (optional)

12 oz Spring water

* All ingredients are certified organic and made in traditional methods (ghee) as well as humanely procured (colostrum). If you choose animal products I only advocate for those that have been gotten through truly conscious methods where the animals live free and babies are fed everything they need right from the mother herself with the excess going to market as a from a medicine to enhance and heal ones immune system and digestive track.
