Eden Hot Springs is a natural setting and your visit here is the perfect opportunity to be nurtured by cuisine directly from Mother Earth. During the spring retreat, all of your meals are included and are prepared by professional Chef, Melissa Mango. All meals are organic or wild-crafted, locally grown and vegetarian. Raw/vegan choices are available at every meal.
Melissa has been a featured Executive Chef at The Raw Spirit Festivals. She has also been a recurring guest Chef on the super sleek "G Living" TV show. In 2006, she opened California's first South Bay raw-vegan, eco-friendly cafe, Terra Bella Cafe. She has also been featured in "Get Fresh" Magazine. Some of her earlier Southwestern recipes can be found in the "The Raw 50" by Carol Alt.
Melissa's Santa Cruz, California, based delivery service, "Melissa Mango's Green Cuisine" is thriving. Her book was published in May, 2009. "Melissa Mango's Green Cuisine" is a must have for those wanting gourmet taste without the gourmet buddha belly! You will truly enjoy her wholistic cuisine at the upcoming Epic Eden retreat.

A Private Round trip shuttle service from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is available.
The shuttle leaves Phoenix at 12 noon on Weds, April 28th arriving at Eden by 3pm. The return shuttle leaves Eden at 12 noon on Sunday, May 2nd arriving at the Phoenix airport by 3pm for an early evening or next day departure. There is a luggage limit of 1 large or 2 small suitcases plus camping equipment per person. The private shuttle service is $55 EACH WAY.
